About SCBA
Our goal is to increase interest in and knowledge of bees and beekeeping for the hobby and commercial beekeeper, and to educate the general public in the value of bees.
SCBA is a 501C3 non profit, charitable organization.
SCBA is managed by a member elected, volunteer Board of Directors who each serve a one year term. Elections are held during the December meeting, members can vote during the election meeting or mail-in their ballet. We encourage those interested in serving voluntarily in a position to apply for nomination. For more information on becoming a member go to our Membership page.
SCBA holds monthly membership meetings where there is opportunity for community building, educational and 
informative presentations, sharing events/stories and of course association business. SCBA monthly meetings are open to anyone interested in beekeeping or just finding out more about beekeepers. To find out when the next SCBA meeting is scheduled visit the Calendar & Events page.
